To ensure the best dining experience, please kindly review the following reservation information before booking. :: Chutsan Japanese Cuisine offers two omakase course menus NT$1,580 / NT$2,280 (10% service charge applies) :: For premium ingredients, customized menus, or special dietary requests, please contact us by phone in advance. :: Reservations for parties of 5 or more, private dining room requests, and same-day reservations are accepted by phone only. :: Online reservations are limited to a maximum of 4 guests per group. Dining sessions are available at 18:00 / 18:30 / 19:00. :: Closed every Sunday. :: Same-day online reservations are unavailable. :: A reservation confirmation email will be sent 3 days prior to your booking date. Please open the email and click “Confirm Reservation” to secure your seat. :: If you do not receive the confirmation email, or if you have requests beyond standard reservations, please contact us via phone or Facebook. :: Please arrive on time for your reservation. Seats will be held for 10 minutes only and may be released depending on the situation.
