For private dining for 8 or more guests, please contact us via Instagram DM. ⏰ Reservation Release Schedule ・Oct 1, 12:00 PM｜Reservations open for Oct 16–31 ・Oct 15, 12:00 PM｜Reservations open for Nov 1–15 【Deposit & Reservation Confirmation】 ・A deposit is required to secure your reservation. After making your reservation online, please follow the payment instructions provided by the system. Your reservation is confirmed only after the deposit has been successfully received. ・If the deposit is not received within the specified payment period, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and the table will be released. 【Final Confirmation】 ・Three days before your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Please open your reservation details and select “Keep My Reservation” to reconfirm your booking. ・If “Keep My Reservation” has not been selected at least 24 hours before your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and the table will be released. ・If you do not receive the confirmation email, or have any requests beyond regular reservations, please contact us via Instagram DM. 【Arrival】 ・Please arrive on time for your reservation. Your table will be held for 15 minutes. After this time, we may no longer be able to hold your table. We look forward to welcoming you to the table at Atelier Zuan.
