Reservation Guidelines Dear guests, thank you for your support of Herring Studio. To ensure a complete and enjoyable dining experience, please review the following information before making a reservation. Dining Hours Lunch｜12:00–15:00 (Last order 14:00) Dinner｜18:00–21:00 (Last order 20:00) Closed｜Every Sunday & Monday (Additional closing days will be announced on our Instagram.) Private Events Lunch｜Minimum spend NT$30,000 +10% service charge Time: 12:00–15:00 Dinner｜Minimum spend NT$35,000 +10% service charge Time: 18:00–21:00 Menu can be customized upon request. Dishes are served in a sharing style. Cancellations within 3 days of the event are non-refundable. Reservation Policy • Online reservations open on the 1st of each month for the following month. Phone reservations are available within 30 days. • Reservations for 1 guest or more than 6 guests must be made by phone. • Groups of 8 guests or more require a private booking. • If multiple reservations are made under different names or time slots but wish to sit together, they will be treated as a single group and may be arranged as a private event. • During busy hours, dining time is limited to 90 minutes. • Tables will be held for 15 minutes. Late arrivals may result in cancellation unless notified in advance. • Waitlist reservations are prioritized for guests who successfully answer our confirmation call. • If you need to change the number of guests, please inform us in advance. Additional seating cannot be guaranteed. • As our team is serving guests during dining hours (12:00–15:00, 18:00–21:00), phone calls may not be answered immediately. We recommend calling between 15:00–17:00 for the best service. Notes • We currently welcome guests aged 6 and above. • Due to space limitations, pets and outside food are not allowed, and we cannot store cakes. • With a small team, we may not be able to provide on-demand or highly customized services. Thank you for your understanding. • We encourage responsible drinking. If excessive drinking causes vomiting or contamination in the restaurant, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will apply. • Any damage to furniture or equipment will be charged accordingly.
