Hello! Before making a reservation, please read the following information carefully. By completing your reservation, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms. 【Hi Yakiniku! Reservation Guidelines】 ▪ Business Hours: 17:00–24:00. Last order at 23:00. ▪ If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled depending on the circumstances. ▪ When the restaurant is fully booked, dining time is limited to 2 hours, starting from your original reservation time. 🔺Please make sure your reservation date and contact information are correct. Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or SMS. 🔺Our Qinghai location offers parking validation. For every NT$1,000 spent, 1 hour of parking can be validated, up to a maximum of 4 hours. 🔺A reservation reminder will be sent by SMS 3 days before your visit. If you need to cancel, please complete the cancellation at least 2 days in advance. 🔺Once a reservation has been confirmed, the date cannot be changed. Please cancel the existing reservation and make a new reservation or join the waitlist. 🔺To change the number of guests, please call the restaurant directly. Requests made through other platforms will not be accepted. 🔺Due to space and seating limitations, online reservations are available for parties of up to 7 guests. For parties of 8 or more, please call the restaurant to arrange your reservation and pay the required deposit. 🔺Reservation Deposit & Cancellation Policy For parties of 8 or more, a deposit of NT$800 per person is required. If you need to cancel, please contact the restaurant or cancel through the reservation system at least 3 days before your dining date, excluding the day of your reservation, to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 1–2 days before the dining date are non-refundable, and the full deposit will be forfeited. 【Hi Yakiniku! Dining Guidelines】 ▪ Outside food is not permitted, with the exception of birthday cakes. ▪ Birthday Offer — Yakiniku Cake Guests celebrating a birthday during their birthday month may receive one Yakiniku Cake for every NT$1,000 spent. For example, if four birthday guests dine together and the total bill is NT$3,000, three Yakiniku Cakes may be redeemed. ▪ Average spending is approximately NT$1,000–2,000 per person, depending on the items ordered. ▪ Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages. A corkage fee of NT$300 per bottle applies. If you order at least NT$300 worth of alcoholic beverages from the restaurant, NT$300 of the corkage fee may be waived. 🔺Friendly reminder: Our tables have limited space, so we do not recommend bringing wine or champagne. ▪ Payment Methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, LINE Pay, and PXPay Plus (全支付) are accepted. Taiwan National Travel Cards are not accepted. ▪ If anyone in your party has limited mobility or requires additional space or seating arrangements, please let us know in advance.
