｜Please read the following guidelines carefully before making a reservation｜ :: Online reservations open on the 10th of every month at 20:00 for the following month. :: To allow more guests to enjoy Huihui, please do not make duplicate bookings. If your plans change, kindly cancel your reservation in advance. :: Deposit Policy To secure your seats, a deposit of NT$1,000 per person is required. Please complete the transfer within 24 hours after making your reservation and correctly fill in the payment information on the Eatsy platform. Your reservation will only be confirmed once this step is completed. If payment is not received within the time limit, the system will automatically cancel your reservation. For cancellations made 3 days before the reservation date, we will issue a refund after deducting the processing fee. For cancellations made within 3 days, the deposit is non-refundable. For guests without a Taiwan bank account (including foreign visitors): Please complete your reservation online first, then send us a message on Instagram, and we will assist you with the deposit process. :: Important Notes on the Deposit Process After your reservation is submitted, the system will automatically send an email to the address you provided. The email includes your reservation link—please follow the instructions to complete the transfer and submit your payment details. Once submitted correctly, the system will display “Payment Under Verification.” Please ensure that you submit your payment information through the platform. Incorrect or missing information may result in cancellation. Submitting accurate payment details is an essential step in completing your reservation. For the final reminder: please follow the required steps and submit the correct payment details so we can verify your deposit and secure your seats. :: Minimum Charge The minimum charge is NT$1,000 per person. Children occupying a seat also count toward the minimum charge. :: Dining Style Our dishes are served in small sharing plates designed for guests to enjoy a wide variety of flavors. Because the portions are small, they may not be ideal for splitting among large groups; for groups of four or more, we recommend ordering multiple portions of selected dishes. We offer a variety of natural wines; outside alcohol is not allowed. All natural wines are available for takeaway at a lower price than dine-in. :: Preparation Time Our team consists of only two people working both in the kitchen and on the floor. Please be aware that dishes require time to prepare. We hope you will enjoy a relaxed evening with a glass of wine. If you are in a hurry, our restaurant may not be the best fit for your schedule. :: Reservation Size Limit Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate reservations of more than 5 people, and we do not accept seat requests. Private events for 12–16 guests are available, with a minimum spend of NT$40,000 (including food and wine). Please contact us on Instagram for more details. :: Transportation & Accommodation Assistance If you wish to enjoy wine without worrying about driving, we can provide taxi contact information for pickups from Ruifang Station or your requested location. We can also recommend nearby accommodations—feel free to message us on Instagram. :: Children Children are welcome, but we are not a family restaurant. Due to longer dining times and limited seating space, it may not be suitable for all children. :: Pet Policy Pets are welcome and may stay on the floor. However, due to limited space, strollers and pet carts cannot be accommodated.
