Restaurant Policies 1. Pets must remain inside a pet stroller or carrier at all times and may not touch the floor or be exposed. Guide dogs are exempt. Failure to comply may result in the restaurant charging the minimum spend based on the reservation or refusing entry. 2. Reservations will be held for 10 minutes. After the grace period, your table may be released to waiting guests. Dining time is 120 minutes, starting from your reservation time. 3. Some seating areas have high chairs. If you have mobility concerns, please let us know in advance. 4. Outside food is not permitted. Birthday cakes are the only exception. 5. Seating is arranged according to the number of guests reserved. We are unable to accommodate parties exceeding the table's capacity. If your party size changes, please notify us as soon as possible. If the number of guests is changed upon arrival, the restaurant reserves the right to charge the minimum spend based on the original reservation or refuse service. 6. A deposit is required for both phone and online reservations. Reservations will be automatically cancelled if payment is not completed within 24 hours. Dining Guidelines 1. To ensure the best dining experience, some dishes will be served according to the chef's intended serving pace. 4. Please drink responsibly and keep noise to a considerate level to maintain a pleasant dining environment. 5. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Birthday cakes are the only exception.
