｜Please read the following reservation guidelines before booking Kotoo｜ To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following before your visit: :: Each reservation is limited to 90 minutes. :: Outside food and beverages are not permitted. :: To respect the space and other guests, photography is limited to the bar counter only. Please refrain from taking photos in other areas. :: As Kotoo is an intimate space, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing strong fragrances. :: To maintain the quality of our food and beverages, takeaway service is not available. :: A reservation confirmation email will be sent 3 days before your visit. Please open your reservation details and select “Keep My Reservation” to confirm your booking. :: If you do not receive the confirmation email, or have any requests unrelated to your reservation, please contact us via email, Instagram, or Facebook. :: Please arrive on time for your reservation.
