In Italy, a meal is not something you rush. I have stood in a kitchen for more than thirty years and I have learned one thing: good cooking takes its time. A tomato has to ripen. A sauce has to reduce. I cannot make any of that go faster, so I will not hurry you either. The wine is Paolo’s. Tell him what you feel like eating and he will know what you should be drinking. Closed every Tuesday. Table time｜No time limit as a rule. When we are fully booked, tables are kept to 120 minutes. Party size｜1 to 4 guests online. For 5 or more, please call 0976-641-968 and we will put tables together for you. Held for｜Your table is held for 10 minutes, after which it goes to guests who are waiting. Changes and cancellations｜Please let us know early, so we can offer the table to someone else.
