Event Introduction and Rules Mental State I’ve always dreamed of creating a scene in the city I live in: the moment you push open the door, it feels like stepping back into the Western Regions of the Tang Dynasty, the Silk Road, and the desert inns. Here, you gather with true friends, devour large portions of meat, drink big bowls of wine, get a little tipsy, sing songs, recite poetry, and speak your mind freely — truly living life to its fullest. This dream is what inspired the "Dream Back to the Western Regions · Wine & Dine" project. Still Experimenting Every great idea has to start somewhere. We have no funds for fancy decorations, limited experience in the food and beverage industry, and our kitchen system is still a work in progress. But we decided to be bold and give it a shot (and you’re bold for joining us too, hahaha!). Your trust means the world to us! But please note that everything is still a work in progress — we are learning and improving as we go. We welcome your feedback and suggestions to help us build something truly unique together. Format First Half Focus: Eating (Dishes provided by us) Second Half Focus: Drinking (Beverages brought by you) Menu Specialty cuisine inspired by Xinjiang flavors, featuring 3 main dishes: Western Regions Cumin Grilled Meat (Beef) Xinjiang Big Plate Chicken (Chicken) Grassland Hand-Pulled Meat (Lamb) We also have a Sheep Head Ceremony (During the trial operation, the sheep head is provided for free!) In addition, we offer 9 dishes in total, including side dishes and desserts. Entrance Rules Yes, as always, we have some unique entry rules to keep things interesting: Entry Requirement: Bring Alcohol Each table must bring at least one bottle of alcohol — it can be spirits, red/white wine, sake, or shochu. Feel free to invite me for a drink! We also have fresh, cold, and affordable 18-day draft beer on-site (so, please do not bring beer). Feel Free to Bring Your Own Food We currently cannot offer additional food services during the event. If you’d like something to pair with your drinks in the second half, or if you’re still hungry, we strongly recommend ordering from Shiyuan Salted Crispy Chicken downstairs. You’re also welcome to bring your own snacks or order Uber Eats. Don’t be shy! The Table Host is the Host We treat you as friends, not customers. There are no rigid service routines, and we hope you can feel completely at ease. We especially hope the table host will help their friends have a good time. If we get too busy, we hope you can step up as the host and take care of your guests. Cost NT$1080 per person (Special trial price) · No service fee! · No corkage fee! · No 90-minute time limit! Time Dinner starts at 7:00 pm (6:30 pm on Sundays). We start on time and do not wait for latecomers! The event is recommended to end by 10:00 pm.
