SEN is a natural wine bistro specializing in pairing natural wines with thoughtfully crafted dishes. Using fresh ingredients and incorporating Keelung’s local特色, we create dining experiences that complement natural wine beautifully. Business Hours: 17:00 – 21:30 ❗️Reservation Guidelines ❗️Please take a moment to carefully read the following before making a reservation. ❗️A successful reservation is considered agreement to all restaurant policies below. Dining time is limited to two hours, starting from your reservation time. No-shows will be blacklisted, so please pay close attention to your reservation. (Confirmation emails will be sent after booking and again three days before your reservation date. If you do not receive them, please message us via social media. If you need to cancel, please remember to do so in advance.) After receiving the confirmation email, please click “View More” or the blue “Reply Now” button to read important reminders and dining policies. Three days before your reservation date, we will ask whether you would like to keep your booking. If no reply is received before 15:00 on the dining date, the reservation will be canceled. Reservations are held for 10 minutes only; late arrivals will be considered no-shows. :: To allow more guests to enjoy SEN, please do not make duplicate reservations. Duplicate bookings will be canceled without notice. SEN reserves the right to cancel reservations or refuse service if any behavior affects restaurant operations or other guests’ dining experiences. We occasionally close on irregular days; please refer to our Instagram calendar announcements. Reservations for the following month open at 00:00 on the 20th of each month. 💰 Cash only 💰 Minimum spend: NT$600 per person (including children occupying a seat) ❗️No child seats or children’s tableware are provided. ❗️This restaurant does not provide elevator access. All seating is assigned by our staff and may be located on the second or third floor, accessible only by stairs. Please ensure that everyone in your party is comfortable using stairs before making a reservation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Vegetarian and customized meals are not available. (Each menu is designed as a complete dining experience, and we are unable to modify dishes according to personal dietary restrictions. If you have allergies, please inform us in advance; we will reconfirm and remind you during your meal.) Reservations are limited to groups of 4 guests or fewer. Please do not split reservations for larger groups. (Due to limited space, strollers and pets are not recommended.) Same-day changes to party size are not accepted. If the number of guests decreases without notice by the day before, the minimum spend will still be calculated based on the original reservation size. In the event of typhoons, water outages, power outages, or other force majeure circumstances, SEN reserves the right to adjust or cancel reservations. ❗️Outside food is prohibited. If you bring a birthday cake, a NT$300 cleaning fee will apply and will not count toward the minimum spend. 🍷 Corkage fee: NT$500 per bottle of outside alcohol, not included in the minimum spend. 🍷 Please drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive. Vomiting and environmental cleaning fee: NT$2000 per person ❗️Takeout service is not available. ❗️This is a one-person operation, so food preparation may take some time.
