By completing your reservation, you will be deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. Children aged 10 and under are exempt from this requirement. ◆ Groups & Private Events: For reservations of 6 or more guests, private room requests, full-venue buyouts, or special events, please contact us by phone. ◆ Catering Service: Please contact us at showei.taipei@gmail.com for inquiries. ◆ Lunch Reservations: Lunch service is available by special arrangement only. Please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance. A minimum spend of $18,000 TWD + 10% service charge applies. ◆ Deposit Payment: A deposit of $1,000 TWD per person is required for all reservations. Your reservation will only be confirmed after the restaurant has received the deposit and sent you a “Reservation Confirmed” message. Please ensure that all bank transfer information is submitted accurately. The restaurant cannot be held responsible for reservations that become invalid due to missing or incorrect payment information. ◆ Dietary Restrictions: Menu adjustments are available only for pregnancy, food allergies, lacto-ovo vegetarian diets, or religious dietary requirements. Please inform us at least 5 days prior to your dining date. We appreciate your understanding that certain dishes may not be adjustable for specific dietary restrictions. ◆ Late Arrival & Course Service: If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reserved time, the restaurant will proceed with course service according to the scheduled dining progression and ingredient preparation. Dishes that have already been served or prepared cannot be replaced or postponed. ◆ Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, 承蔚 Shōwei reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations, adjust the menu, and amend dining arrangements. ── Changes & Cancellation Policy ── ◆ Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 5 days prior to your dining date. ◆ Deposit Policy: For any changes or cancellations made within 5 days of your dining date, the full deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or applied toward a future reservation. ◆ Refund Processing Fee: For cancellations made at least 5 days prior to your dining date, the deposit will be refunded to the original bank account used for payment, less any applicable bank transfer or transaction fees. ◆ Ingredient Wastage Fee: All ingredients are carefully prepared according to the confirmed number of guests. If there are any last-minute changes to the number of guests or dietary restrictions within 5 days of your dining date, an appropriate ingredient wastage fee may be charged. ── Private Rooms & Seating ── Our restaurant offers counter seating as well as small and large private rooms: ◆ Counter Seating: Recommended for up to 6 guests. ◆ Small Private Room: Recommended for 4 - 6 guests; minimum spend $18,000 TWD + 10% service charge. ◆ Large Private Room: Recommended for 6 - 10 guests; minimum spend $30,000 TWD + 10% service charge. ◆ Full-Venue Buyout: Recommended for up to 22 guests; minimum spend $80,000 TWD + 10% service charge. ── Dining Environment Guidelines ── ◆ Children: High chairs and children’s tableware are available in limited quantities. Please inform us in advance if required. We appreciate your understanding should they be unavailable. ◆ Outside Food & Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of birthday cakes. ◆ Takeaway: To preserve the optimal quality of our dishes and ensure food safety, takeaway and packing of any dishes are not available. ◆ Pets: Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant, with the exception of guide dogs. ◆ Seating Arrangements: We are unable to accommodate last-minute seat changes or specific seating requests. ── Celebration Cake Pre-Order ── ◆ For special occasions, we offer a 4-inch Basque Cheesecake for $400 TWD (subject to an additional 10% service charge). ◆ If you would like to order a cake, please indicate this in the remarks section when making your reservation. As advance preparation is required, same-day orders are not available. ── BYOB Service (Corkage Fee) ── ◆ Wine, sake, and other fermented alcoholic beverages (750ml): $1,000 TWD / bottle ◆ Champagne, sparkling wine, spirits, and distilled alcoholic beverages (750ml): $1,500 TWD / bottle ◆ For bottles exceeding 750ml, the corkage fee will be calculated proportionally according to bottle volume.
