Reservation Guidelines By submitting a reservation, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following guidelines. If you choose to cancel upon arrival for personal reasons, the minimum charge of one beverage per person will still apply. Thank you for your understanding and support. 1. Online reservations are available for parties of 1–2 only. For parties of 3–4, please contact us directly via Instagram DM. 2. We specialize exclusively in siphon coffee and do not serve non-coffee beverages. The minimum order is one beverage per person. 3. This is not a photo studio. Photography is permitted only from your seat. Please avoid photographing our staff and work areas. Flash photography is prohibited. Do not move food, drinks, furniture, or other items for photos. If photography becomes disruptive or excessive, our staff reserves the right to ask you to stop. 4. This is a quiet space. Please keep your voice low. This space is not suitable for chatting. All electronic devices must be set to silent mode. Please be considerate of others in this shared space. 5. We have a tatami seating area. If you are assigned to this area, socks are required. We recommend wearing socks when visiting. Socks are also available for purchase in-store at NT$30 per pair. 6. We do not accommodate children aged 12 or under. Proof of age may be requested when necessary. 7. We do not accommodate groups larger than 4 and do not allow tables to be split or combined in any form. Please make your reservation truthfully. Using multiple phone numbers to make separate reservations for the same group is not permitted. If discovered, we reserve the right to refuse service. 8. Seating is assigned according to party size. Specific seats cannot be requested, and additional guests cannot be added upon arrival. 9. Our shop is located in an old house with narrow and steep stairs and does not have accessible facilities. Guests with limited mobility should assess whether the space is suitable before visiting. 10. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, and we cannot dispose of outside food waste. 11. Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash or in a carrier. Owners are responsible for their pets and must ensure they do not disturb other guests. If you are bringing a pet, please note this when making your reservation so we can arrange suitable seating. 12. As we are a specialty coffee shop, please refrain from wearing perfume or strong fragrances. 13. Seating time is 90 minutes, beginning at your reserved time. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full seating period. Your table will be held for 10 minutes; after that, your reservation will be considered cancelled. 14. If members of your party arrive late, the 90-minute seating period will still begin at the original reservation time. 15. If you arrive before your reservation time, early seating is not available. Please wait outside until your reserved time. 16. Wi-Fi is available. Power outlets are not provided. 17. Please do not park vehicles directly outside the shop or in front of our neighbors’ properties. 18. Please avoid same-day cancellations. 19. Matters not covered above are subject to the in-store guidelines communicated by our staff.
