Sukui Café｜Reservation Guidelines 🌿 (Please read carefully before booking via Eatsy) ✦ Reservation Policy ・Available booking slots: 14:00 / 16:00 / 18:00 ・Same-day reservations are not accepted. For same-day visits, please come in person or call to check availability ・Maximum of 4 guests per reservation. We do not accept bookings for 5 or more people ・Seat selection is not available ・Each visit is limited to 90 minutes, regardless of weekdays or weekends (unless there is no one waiting) ✦ House Etiquette ・Please do not move the tables or chairs ・No outside food or drinks allowed ・Please use headphones when playing audio (mobile phones, tablets, game consoles, etc.) ・The owner strongly dislikes loud sounds—thank you for respecting the quiet atmosphere ・We are a one-person operation. Please do not rush your order. If you are in a hurry, we kindly suggest not making a reservation ✦ Reservation Process ・A confirmation email will be sent 3 days before your reservation. Please open the link and click “Hold My Seat” to confirm ・If you don’t receive the email, please contact us via Instagram or phone ・Please arrive on time. Seats will only be held for 10 minutes ・To maintain quality, we do not offer takeout service
