📣 Restaurant Notice & Reservation Guidelines|Sunwoodchee Dear guests, To ensure a pleasant dining experience and smooth preparation process, kindly review the following reservation and dining guidelines. For any inquiries, feel free to contact us via our official LINE account. 【Business Hours & Reservation Slots】 ・Lunch seating: 12:00 (Dining ends at 14:00) ・Dinner seating: 18:00 or 19:00 (Dining ends at 21:30) ・Private booking only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 【Reservation Method】 ・Reservations are accepted only via our official LINE (Search "Sunwoodchee" on Google Maps for contact info) ・We do not accept reservations by phone, social media messages, or other platforms 【Reservation Opening Period】 ・Reservations for the following month open on the 1st of each month (e.g., March reservations open from February 1) 【Dining Policy & Minimum Charge】 ・All ages are welcome, but each seat requires a minimum charge of $1,880 ・Our restaurant is operated by a husband-and-wife team—he handles the cooking, she takes care of the service. ・We accommodate 4–6 guests per session. Reservations for 7 or more guests require a private booking 【Private Booking Service】 ・Minimum spending: $15,000 for lunch|$20,000 for dinner, fully deductible from your food and drink bill ・Ideal for private gatherings of 6–8 guests ・For custom menus, wine pairing, seating preferences, or decoration requests, please contact us via LINE in advance 【Deposit & Cancellation Policy】 ・A deposit is required to confirm your reservation ・Due to limited seating and intensive food preparation, please note:  ‣ No refunds for cancellations or changes made within 7 days of your reservation date  ‣ Changes made more than 7 days in advance can have the deposit transferred to another date ・Thank you for your understanding—our small capacity limits our flexibility in handling no-shows 【Children’s Policy】 ・We do not provide baby chairs or children’s tableware. Please assess suitability before booking. 🍴 Dining Notice|For Your Best Experience ・If you have any food allergies (e.g., shrimp, crab, nuts), dietary restrictions (no beef, no raw food), please inform us in advance during reservation. We are unable to make same-day changes. ・As all dishes are prepared by a single chef, we cannot accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, or vegetarian requests, nor customize dishes based on personal preferences ・Ingredients may vary based on market availability. Final dishes will be served as per the day’s preparation ・Handmade celebration cakes can be pre-ordered. If you bring your own cake, a cleaning fee of $300 will be charged ・Please drink responsibly. A corkage fee of $500–$1,500 per bottle applies for bringing your own alcohol ・Meals are served for dine-in only. Takeaway or packing is not available 🪷 Additional Notes ・Our dishware and utensils are carefully curated artisanal pieces. Any damage will incur a $300 replacement/cleaning fee per item ・In cases of damage or significant mess caused by alcohol or other factors, restoration fees may be charged accordingly We appreciate your care in maintaining a warm and respectful dining environment.
