TORIHAKU Yakitori｜Reservation Policy ｜Please read carefully before booking｜ 🍷 Minimum charge: One alcoholic drink per guest (bottled water excluded) ⏳ We generally do not impose a time limit, but if there is a following reservation, dining time will be limited to 150 minutes. Each reservation is held for 10 minutes; late arrivals will be automatically canceled without notice. 👥 We accept reservations for 1–4 guests only. Last-minute changes to party size are not accommodated. 🪑 Seating is limited. Please arrive on time. No-shows will lose access to future reservations. 📩 A confirmation email will be sent 3 days before your reservation. Please click “Confirm Seat” in the email to secure your booking. 📬 If you do not receive the email, or have other inquiries, feel free to contact us via LINE. 🕰 Online reservations are not available within 3 hours of your desired time. If you'd still like to visit, feel free to call or try walking in. However, as a small team, we may be unable to answer the phone during busy hours. We kindly prioritize guests already dining with us. ⛔️ Smoking and outside food are strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee may apply for violations. 👶 To maintain the atmosphere, we do not accommodate children under 8 or pets. ⚠️ A cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged for any incidents such as vomiting or soiling of sinks and toilets. 🍶 You are welcome to bring your own bottle. A glass cleaning fee of NT$100 per glass applies. 🏮 For private bookings, please contact us at least one week in advance. 💳 Payment: Cash or bank transfer only.
