Instagram: @u_ma_sushi Facebook: 旨壽司 寿司おまかせ 🍣 Dining Information ｜Minimum Charge｜ Until August 31, the minimum charge is NT$1,680 per person, which includes one Omakase Sushi Course. Starting September 1, the minimum charge will be NT$2,500 per person for one Omakase Sushi Course. ｜Online Reservations｜ Eatsy online reservations are available for parties of 1–5 guests only. For parties of 6 or more, or for private dining reservations, please contact us via Instagram, Facebook, or phone. For guests visiting from outside Taiwan, or those who are unable to pay the deposit by bank transfer, please contact us directly via Instagram or Facebook. ｜Dining Sessions｜ First Seating｜18:00–19:30 Second Seating｜20:00–21:30 ｜Opening Days｜ Open Wednesday through Sunday. Closed every Monday and Tuesday. Any additional or irregular closing dates will be announced on our official social media pages. 🏦 Reservation Deposit To ensure the quality and freshness of our ingredients and your dining experience, please complete the deposit payment within 24 hours after making your reservation. After making a bank transfer, please submit the last five digits of your bank account number through the Eatsy reservation system. Alternatively, the deposit may be paid in cash at the restaurant. ｜Deposit｜ NT$500 per person (Includes ingredient preparation and seat reservation.) Your reservation is considered confirmed only after payment has been verified and you receive the “Deposit Received” notification. 🍶 Dining Guidelines ｜Menu｜ Our Omakase course primarily features raw seafood and other raw dishes. We are unable to provide children's meals or fully cooked Omakase courses. ｜Allergies & Dietary Restrictions｜ Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to make last-minute menu adjustments upon arrival. ｜Payment｜ We accept cash and bank transfers only. No service charge is added. Credit cards and electronic/mobile payments are not accepted. ｜BYO Alcohol｜ No corkage fee is charged. A glassware fee of NT$100 per glass applies. ⏳ Seating Policy ｜Reservation Hold｜ Reservations will be held for 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to reach you, your reservation will be considered cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. ｜Late Arrivals｜ To maintain the pace of service and dining quality for all guests, dishes will be served according to the scheduled course progression. Unfortunately, we are unable to delay the course for late arrivals. 📅 Cancellation & Changes ｜Cancellation｜ Cancellations made at least 3 days before your dining date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. ｜Cancellations Within 3 Days｜ For cancellations made within 3 days of your reservation, no-shows, or reductions in party size, the deposit corresponding to the affected number of guests is non-refundable, as ingredients are prepared in advance according to the number of reservations. However, the deposit may be transferred once to a new reservation date within one month. 📦 Takeaway & Packing To ensure the quality and food safety of our raw seafood dishes, all meals are dine-in only. Takeaway and packing of leftovers are not available. As we are a small restaurant with limited seating, we sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
