Your registration is confirmed only after completing the online reservation and payment. A reminder email will be sent 3 days before the event—please make sure your email is accurate and check your inbox. 💳 Payment Instructions Your seat will be temporarily reserved after online booking. Please complete the transfer within 2 days. If payment is not made by the deadline, your reservation will be automatically canceled and must be placed again. Reservations with overdue payment will be forfeited without further notice. To avoid losing your spot, we recommend transferring the payment immediately after booking. 🔁 Refund Policy ・Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will be refunded, minus a NT$15 transfer fee. ・No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event (including the day of), but the reservation can be transferred to another person. ⚠️ Important Notes ・Alcohol consumption is prohibited for guests under 18. All registrants must be 18 or older. ・This venue does not sell alcoholic beverages to minors. Minors may enter only with prior approval and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ・If age verification cannot be confirmed, you may be asked to present valid ID.
