Please read the following before making a reservation :: Regular Holidays We are closed every Sunday and Monday. Other irregular holidays will be announced on Instagram and Facebook, please stay updated. :: Reservation Opening Policy We follow a monthly release system. On the 1st of each month at 10:00 AM, reservations for the entire month two months ahead will be opened. Example: On May 1 at 10:00 AM, reservations for the month of July will become available. :: Deposit Policy A deposit of NT$1,000 per guest is required. Payment information will be provided through the Eatsy platform. Please complete your payment within 24 hours, or the reservation will be automatically canceled by the system. :: Dining Style ・We offer à la carte and chef’s choice set menus. ・Set menus are available for dinner only and must be reserved by phone at least 7 days in advance. 　(For example: To reserve a set menu for 5/20, please call by 5/13) ・Set menus start from NT$2,000, with NT$500 increments (e.g., 2,000 / 2,500 / 3,000 / 3,500…). 　All guests at the same table must choose the same dining style and price. ・If this is your first visit, we kindly recommend starting with the à la carte option for more flexibility and comfort. :: Dining Atmosphere Bistro Alley is a European-style bistro. We invite you to relax and enjoy a casual evening filled with good food and wine. :: Reservation Party Size Online reservations are available for 2 to 4 guests. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us by phone or email. :: Day-of Reminder Please arrive on time. Your table will be held for 10 minutes. As our location is inside a small alley, we recommend arriving on foot for easier access.
