Launching on March 1, the bar unveils its eighth seasonal menu, Ban-Doh, created in collaboration with dessert studio Don Don Studio.
Inspired by Taiwan’s traditional banquet culture, the menu not only reinterprets classic banquet dishes, but also structures the entire experience around the sequencing and symbolism of a流水席 feast — from cold appetizers and main dishes to soups and desserts. Within the space of the bar, these familiar flavors are reimagined as layered cocktails and desserts, turning the spirit of a Taiwanese banquet into a series of drinkable flavor narratives.
