Tea Recommendation / Muzha Tieguanyin / Different from the traditional heavy roast, our Tieguanyin is lightly roasted with moderate oxidation, preserving the essence of the tea variety. The tea liquor is pale yellow, with a nutty aroma from roasting and a hint of orchid fragrance from oxidation. The taste is smooth, sweet, with a delicate woody note, and the aftertaste is long-lasting. Perfectly paired with nuts, especially pistachios and black-skinned peanuts.
