ssSip! is the alien owner's little planet, right by Exit 2 of Fuzhong MRT Station in Banqiao. We brew light-roast pour-over and cold drip, while the chef cooks Western dishes such as confit duck leg, CHOHO pork collar butt and beef stew spaghetti Bolognese, with Basque cheesecake and tiramisu for dessert. The tables, chairs and tableware are collected antiques, and we stay open late, a quiet place for one or two to take their time.
