Thai Hakka Veggie Cuisine | Plant-based Thai cooking in a Keelung lane

We cook Thai dishes the way they are cooked in Thailand and simply change what goes in: plant-based meat in the pad kra pao, tempeh in the green curry, with the sour, sweet, salty and hot all still there. The Hakka side comes from the owner's family, with preserved mustard greens in the vegetable rolls and kumquat sauce in the green papaya salad. Dishes can be made vegan, vegan with alliums, or ovo-lacto vegetarian. The shop sits in a lane behind Yi'er Road in Keelung and has only a handful of tables, so it suits groups of four or fewer.
